Long-tailed Shrikes

There are two different Long-tailed Shrikes – one is also called Himalayan black-headed Shrike.

  1. The second image is that of Grey-backed Shrike (Lanius tephronotus). Looks like you can add one more bird to your Nepal list.

  2. Thank you Ashish for your comment. I thought it was a Long-tailed Shrike. Too bad. Cause then I have to remove a species from my list – the Gray-backed is already on it 😉
