Aranea – Spiders
I know spiders are not everybody’s darling… But I had to take those pictures because they were just in the right light grabbing a little insect or weaving patiently on the net. I took the pictures in Northern Germany.
This last one is a so called Wasp Spider (Argiope bruennichi – Wespenspinne). It is pretty big and I think this one is a eating a grasshopper.
wonderful shots. I am always on the lookout for a nice macro shot of spiders.
Beautiful!
I tried to rat this a “thumbs up”, but the hyperlink was too close to “thumbs down” on my cell phone. Hopefully, you can fix that. I lovd these pics!
*grin* I though there was some arachnophobe person who didn’t like those spider pictures … thanks for telling me, I deleted the “thumb down” 🙂
Awesome shot, as usual!! thanks so much for sharing…
